Three Day Street

In the middle of a three day stretch.  I wish I could find time to workout on days I work.  12 hours plus 2 hours of commuting doesn't allow for it.

Hit a plateau again.  I do need to increase fruits, veggies, and protein.  I read that restrictive diet can be a cause of osteoporosis.  Trying to improve my bone health.  Man I don't want to be a frail old lady.  

I do sleep better and feel better.  Hopefully less snoring as I lighten up.

Abs still hurt from my Barre class.  Especially when I sneeze. Thinking of getting back to running more.  No more marathons.  10 K is perfect.  Half will be if I want a challenge.

Planning to be able to fit into my wedding dress by my 35th anniversary in December. 

I do feel so much better eating healthier!

  1. Yeah!!! So do you count all the walking, working etc as exercise? My goodness, you work hard.
    I finally moved down. 1.4 lbs. But down. You are my mentor on weight loss. Not stress.🤔. I remember well at your age being the only female manager & working 12 to 14 hour days to prove my worth. Caused lots of health issues. Make yourself a priority!
